A case that comes up every month
The board meets for two hours. The secretariat has the recording and a few days to circulate the minutes. Today that means a whole afternoon of listening and typing; with Omega Writer, it means reviewing a draft that already cites the minute of every decision.

Minutes arrive on their own
Every recording added to the “Board” project produces the minutes and the action table, and emails them to the secretariat. Nobody has to open the app.
Ask the whole year
One question across every meeting in the project, and an answer that cites the meeting and the minute of each fact.
What was agreed this year about the public works budget?
In your organization’s language
Write down the acronyms, job titles and tone you use once. It applies to everything you ask for, and the information always comes from the recording.
Security and accountability
- The original audio is deleted as soon as the transcription finishes.
- Your recordings don’t train artificial intelligence models.
- Each member sees only their own audio; the organization’s owner sees all of it.
- Everything travels encrypted, and public links can have a password and an expiry date.
- The servers are in the United States; the privacy policy explains what data is kept and for how long.
- Institutional plan with invoice and bank transfer, for up to 5 users.
Minutes generated by artificial intelligence are a draft: the person responsible must review them before signing.
Frequently asked questions
Are the generated minutes valid?
Your organization makes them valid, with the review and signatures its rules require. Omega Writer drafts them and lets you check every point in the recording.
Can we use our own minutes format?
Yes. Create a template with your organization’s sections, order and style, and share it with your team.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the United States. The original audio is deleted when the transcription finishes; transcripts and documents stay in your organization until you delete them.
How does a public body pay?
With the Institutional plan you can pay by invoice and bank transfer. If you need to evaluate it first, request an extended trial for your organization.
Does it work with long meetings?
Yes. It takes files up to 2 GB, enough for meetings of several hours. Each audio deducts its actual length from the balance.
