Summaries that arrive on their own
Every call added to the “Clients” project produces its summary and emails it to the team.
Ask the whole account
Gather a customer’s calls in a project and ask about all of them at once.
What objections has this customer raised in the last calls?
In your team’s language
Calls in Spanish or Portuguese, summaries in English: you choose the language of each answer and document.
Your customers’ privacy
- The original audio is deleted as soon as the transcription finishes.
- Your recordings don’t train artificial intelligence models.
- Each member sees only their own audio; the organization’s owner sees all of it.
- Everything travels encrypted, and public links can have a password and an expiry date.
- You can delete a call and everything generated from it at any time.
- Summaries are shared by email or with links you can protect with a password.
Tell your customers the call is being recorded: in most countries it’s required, and it’s the responsibility of whoever records.
Frequently asked questions
Does Omega Writer record the calls?
No. You record with the tool you already use (Zoom, Meet, Teams or the phone) and upload the file or paste the link.
Does it integrate with my CRM?
We will soon be introducing integrations with a range of CRMs and business systems. In the meantime, you can download the summary in Word, PDF or Excel, or send it by email.
Does it work with calls in other languages?
Yes: it transcribes 36 languages and answers in 16, so you can get an English summary of a call in Spanish.
How much does each call cost?
Each audio deducts its actual length: a 30-minute call uses half an hour of the plan. The summary and the included questions don’t use up hours.
Do my reps see each other’s calls?
No. Each member sees their own audio; the organization’s owner sees everything.
